Staff Training
We are committed to maintaining a competent, motivated, and skilled staff group. We recognise the importance of training in achieving this aim. Phoenix has its own training programme which provides core skills training to all its employees.
Health & Safety
Health and safety in the home is taken very seriously at Phoenix House and where possible, we encourage the residents to take an interest and participate in the checks to build on their own life skills ready for independence.
