Semi Independent Living

Phoenix House is semi-independent supported accommodation and provides a specialised tailored service to young care leavers aged between 16-24-years old.

We will provide innovative High quality Professional support and semi supported housing in the Hampshire area alongside bespoke support plans and pathway planning to enable access to education and training.

Our young residents will be provided with a named key worker to work alongside them to develop and grow their Independent skills. Key workers will create bespoke support plans with each individual and set monthly goals together to unlock potential barriers and empower our residents.

There will be an expectation that all residents will have an ability to be able to manage most small daily tasks independently with some prompting and guidance from our skilled staff team, however we recognise that all of our young people are very different with their individual abilities, and we will work tirelessly to improve skills for them that are either unknown or not recognised as a priority.

We feel this will help towards ensuring their transition into adulthood is as smooth and as realistic as it can be.
