Training & Employment
Young people are encouraged to volunteer, attend college, or work, and aspire for a positive future. They develop new hobbies and interests, leading to a growth in social skills and confidence.
There is active encouragement for all young people to be involved in educational growth and, as such, we will work with local services to motivate young people to achieve their best and involve themselves in some form of daily structure in line with their own aspirations and life goals.
This could be:
- Education
- Training
- Employment
- Sport
- Volunteering
Everyone is actively encouraged to engage in recreational activities both within the home and within the local community. There will be a varied programme of activities and events led by the staff team which all residents are encouraged to get involved with.
