Staff Training
We are committed to maintaining a competent, motivated, and skilled staff group. We recognise the importance of training in achieving this aim. Phoenix has its own training programme which provides core skills training to all its employees.
These, in line with regular staff supervision, enables the home Manager to identify the training needs of its staff.
Phoenix is fully committed to all support staff completing a minimum of their Level 2 Apprenticeship in Adult Care; and to support our qualified staff to maintain, develop and extend their professional knowledge.
