Exciting opportunities for Support Workers and Waking Night Workers coming up at our new Semi-Supported Accommodation Service in Christchurch – Opening early 2023!

We are looking for:

2x FTE Support Workers and 2x Night Support Workers to open the Service, growing to a full staff team once we have full house.

Vacancies:

Job Title: Night Worker

Job Description: Provide a professional out of hours’ customer service which ensures the security of the building and the safety of customers and visitors.  Prevent breaches of occupancy agreements by proactively managing incidents in a timely and appropriate manner to deescalate situations. 

Job Title: Support Worker

Job Description: To be part of a team offering a support service to young people, the aim being to promote the physical, social and emotional wellbeing, and development of life skills to build confidence and resilience through daily structure and routine. With the overall all objective of moving on positively into independent accommodation.
